Welcome to Paragraph! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our coworking space, services, and facilities. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Membership & Access
   – Access to the coworking space is granted based on the selected membership plan.
   – Members must be at least 18 years old.
   – Memberships are non-transferable and can be revoked at Paragraph’s discretion for violations of these Terms.
   
2. Hours of Operation
   – Regular access: Contact Us.
   – 24/7 access is available only to members on select plans.
   – Paragraph may adjust hours temporarily or permanently with prior notice.
   
3. Use of Space
   – Space must be used for professional or business purposes only.
   – Members must maintain a clean and respectful environment.
   – Illegal activities, harassment, or disruption of other members’ work is strictly prohibited.
   
4. Payments & Fees
   – Membership fees must be paid in advance as per the selected plan.
   – Late payments may result in suspended access.
   – All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
   
5. Security & Conduct
   – Members are responsible for their belongings. Paragraph is not liable for theft, loss, or damage.
   – Security systems may include CCTV monitoring.
   – Members must not share their access credentials with others.
   
6. Internet & Technology Use
   – Wi-Fi and other technical facilities are provided as-is.
   – Members may not use the internet for illegal or harmful activities (e.g., hacking, spamming).
   – Paragraph is not responsible for data loss or service interruptions.
   
7. Meeting Rooms & Common Areas
   – Meeting rooms must be booked in advance and used within the allotted time.
   – Common areas should be shared respectfully and left tidy after use.
   
8. Termination of Membership
   – Members may terminate their plan with notice as per individual contract.
   – Paragraph may terminate or suspend access for breach of terms or disruptive behavior without refund.
   
9. Changes to Terms
   – Paragraph reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
   – Members will be notified of significant changes via email or notice in the coworking space.
   
10. Liability & Indemnity
    – Paragraph is not liable for personal injury, lost income, or data arising from use of the space.
    – Members agree to indemnify Paragraph against any claims arising from their activities in the space.
    
11. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by the laws of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
